NOTE August 29th 2025: Shipping to US customers:

Currently, shipping costs to the US are higher than usual. This is due to the implementation of new import duties. Because only UPS Express currently offers shipping to the US, shipping costs are based on this carrier. Once other carriers have their affairs in order, rates will be adjusted. 

Starting August 29, 2025, carriers will charge an additional $2.50 handling fee for the additional processing fees imposed by the US, which we unfortunately also have to pass on to our US customers via the shipping costs. Frequently Asked Questions:

1) How long does it take to receive my parts?

Answer:

Orders placed before Monday morning 6 am will be shipped the same day, delivery time is normally 1 - 10 business days within Euope.

Orders placed before Wednesday morning 6 am will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is normally 1-10 business days within Europe.

Orders placed before 6 am on Friday morning will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is normally 1-10 business days within Europe.

Orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday.

Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped on Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Please note, sometimes the above is deviated from.

2) Is the part I receive exactly the same as the one in the photo?

Answer:

No, we take a picture of a new, used or original product once. When we get extra stock, it is booked with the same article. The part may therefore look slightly different physically, but it will always fit the described car types

3) I find the shipping costs very high, especially when ordering multiple large items. Is there anything I can do about this?

Answer: Yes, when ordering multiple large items, you may be charged very high shipping costs. Send us a message and we'll recalculate the price for you.

Most purchased parts are used parts. There is therefore a chance that the product will become defective or will soon become defective.
That is why Sijtsma trading company, from now on referred to as seller, gives a 6-month warranty on all products. Except electronics.
The customer has the right to claim the purchase value minus shipping costs, or to receive another product of the same value. The condition is that the purchased product must be returned.
Funds will only be deposited if the part is returned undamaged in its original packaging, and the seller has been contacted about this in advance. This must be done no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Because the seller wants to keep the return flow as small as possible, each article is stated as clearly as possible for which car type the part can be used. If in doubt, it is best to always contact us in advance.
Are you still not satisfied with the product? Then you can always return the product. However, 10% of the order value will be charged as handling costs for this, with a maximum of 10 euros. Any shipping costs incurred will not be credited.

The seller can never be held liable for defects to vehicles due to delivered goods. The seller can also not be held liable for key hours incurred for the assembly of a purchased product.
